   This is not a body artists page that shows World Body Painting Festival photos or World Body Painting Festival winners. I have not and would not want to enter the World Body Painting Festival. I have been sent invitations to the World Body Painting Festival. Read below about why most body painters or real painters like Leigh would not want to join the World Body Painting Festival ect.

   If you look at photos of world body painting festivals you may agree with me that the world body painting festival photos show more of costumes and bodypaint combined with costumes as in what I would call a side shows or even like a fashion show that is not even in fashion. The paintings I have seen by other body painters and many of the world body painting festivals so called body artists seem as if they are not very good painters at all. I am sure there are other body painters that are not mainstream or just airbrush spraying paint on nude girls and calling it art but, I sure have not yet found any nor do I waste time checking out such things. I do detailed body art and bodypaint by hand and not using airbrush or stencils to do my cool body paintings. I do actual artwork on face and body. I have not yet found other body painters or body artists that do anything as unusual or unique and original. I do not hire models to pose and paint them for that would be stupid if you ask me. I paint myself and I sure do not use props as the paint. Maybe I wear a cool outfit or even paint my hair and wear it different like braiding it etc. I am not putting things on my face or body and calling it paint though. I body paint and body painting festival invites are always ignored when they are sent to me. That is the opposite of what I do & I as usual keep to myself unless I am hired to paint for movies, theater, costumes, concerts, parties or festivals.

   Also I feel any contest that asks artists for money deposited for their place in a contest even if the money is said to be returned upon arrival makes me wonder. The photographers and to enter the world body painting festivals photography contests say that they will develop the film for you at a fee. It seems to read as if they have to be the ones to develop the film for photography contests there. That say that price is included in your price for a photo ticket. hum sounds not good on that either eh. It makes you wonder how much are they going to charge. Also to register as a professional photographer or professional body painters there seem not so hard to get it. Then there are the artists that pay for the vip lounge and then of course more things of fees if you wish to do or have things from the contests. It also has more than body painting at the world body painting festival. I feel people that like bodypaint because it is nude or like to see models painted in the nude probably will be the majority of lurkers or as we call wankers attending such events. The word bodypaint has always seemed to draw what I call a bad crowd of people. I am sure a few go to see the actual paintings but probably not many. I sure would not want to do a live bodypaint event. Also I paint other people for theatrical makeup and body art with cool face painting at events or for stage makeup and movie style body art ect. I would not want to find or hire and use a model to paint. I paint myself for fun when I feel like doing live body art events on live webcams for my fun version of bodypaint.

As always most festivals and art things are less about art and artists or talented artists but, more in fact about the money. It was that way with the zombie walk in dallas when they spoke to me about doing painting there for bodypaint. Seems I would be painting free with expensive real body paintings of kryolan theatrical makeup and creating more art and real looking zombies that I have seen any dallas face painters or dallas body painters do. More real looking than I have seen any other body painters painting even eh. Yeah but, then back to the info on the zombie walk in dallas. Seems they were charging for things at the zombie walk like to get into a vip area so, how in the world is that a tribute or such to the known creator of night of the living dead when it is the people setting up the walk that will charge for tickets to live events after the walk. Hum well again usa ways are of usa things that is always money and not so often a real tribute or fair contests or free stuff. It is more about money than art and fun in the american ways. If you were looking for american body painters I am the least american of the other americans though sadly by birth and most of my life you could say I am american.

If I did decided to be dumb one day and enter world body painting festival's you can know this that it will not be world body painting festivals live in the usa. I would be at the world body painting festivals on european worlds or european lands. I however have more fun european places to paint and always love doing my own thing when it comes to art and living and more. I do it my way and will not conform nor would I want to! I paint to have fun and get rid of stress. When it is no longer fun or I am not able to paint the way I wish to and do then it is time to stop painting grin.
